After 20 or so years of our crap weather, will our most recent immigrants decide to emigrate somewhere warmer?

A roof over our heads, a successful economy, high employment, clean water, a national health service, free education, an efficient policing system, free speech, the BBC.

America has every climate. There's plenty of places to go without leaving home if you don't like your weather. I think immigrants will go whereever people will put up with them.

People come here in the hope of a better life economically speaking. The weather is a pretty trivial matter really. By the way, I don't believe retardness is really a word.
