no. sometimes when u lead, it can turn on you and bit u on the bud.
You can't be a leader unless people are willing to follow you and I wouldn't follow you anywhere.

Good leaders don't do it because they enjoy it, they do it because they have to. They don't tell people what to do because it's fun, they do it because it's the right thing to do.
A leader is measured by the performance of the team. Telling everybody what to do might make you feel better. But it may not yield good performance, which won't be fun.
That being said, all things being equal, if you are capable of performing the tasks of the leader, making the right decisions, saying the right things, inspiring the right actions, sure it's fun.
