I need sponsorship from an employer to be able to work.?

I was not born in the US, I just graduated with an MA.I have lined up 3 interviews.I need to know how to ask the employer to sponsor me so I can be able to work.I want it to sound positive, so they do not think twice about hiring me.Please help, foreigners working in the country definitely understand this.

Answer:
You should write on your resume from the beginning that you are not a US citizen and will need sponsorship in order to work for them. If you did not, then just mention it at the end of the interview. When they ask "do you have any questions" just ask what their procedures are for obtaining sponsorship. If you have the form from the government ready, you can give it to them at the interview.
Good luck.
Most employers will not sponsor you, they will insist you do it yourself.
