Currently you need 10 years if you have nothing that let procedure easier; may be 5, 4, 2, even no need if you qualify... Look here:

I don't know, but you should visit Italy. I was stationed there for 2 years and loved it. I am a black man who feels like an Italian becuase it is a good place with nice people and pretty ladies who like men.
