I-130 and I-765 forms filed at the same time before I-485..?
Answer:
No you have to file everything together.
I told you yestarday get on the 101 till you hit mexico line goand back
No, all three have to be filed at the same time. That's the way it works. They will not issue the work permit if you're not adjusting status.
Yes you can, you can file them altogether too, its called concurrent filing, the i-130 is the petition, therefore will need to be approved before they process the i-485, but if you read through the instructions and search the USCIS site, it states you can, now understandably your probably eager to work, and the i-765 can be filed as soon as you enter the country as a K-1 fiance(e) (assuming thats what you entered the states as) the processing times state it takes about 1 year for the approval / processed greencard application to be complete, it wouldnt make sense you not being "allowed" to work. Although you can file the at the same time, depending on what state you are residing in will depend on where they go, dont assume they all go to the same place, my i-485 goes to chicago but my wife's petition i-130 went to Nebraska. Hope this helps you.
