sorry dude. you had your chance. now, your hosed. maybe you should have either entered legally or reapplied for your visa in time.
i'm sure the govt thought it sounds kinda suspicious.

Life really blows sometimes .... Sounds like I hate to say it but it may be quicker to go in the army for the 3 years otherwise three years will blow by and you may still be in the same spot..
Go to American Embassy in Egypt and try and speak to somewhere there.

The only thing I can suggest is contacting the Algerian consulate or Embassy. Perhaps if you googled it, you'd find a website.
Just stay there and wait by your mailbox,I'll send you one.

is not like there going to go to war

As others have said see if there is an Algerian embassy in Egypt and go and speak to someone there. If you qualify, then they can help you do what needs to be done to get your papers.
Do the 3 years in the Egyptian Army. It will be a good experience for you.
