You make a good point. I thought that having background checks and the time limit is 24 HOURS...how much of a check can you get done in that length of time? more than likely not, ONE more reason not to pass the amnesty for Illegal immigrants- It is not right others have come to this country and gone through the legal Citizenship process. It is wrong!!
That is exactly what a background check is. In the application they would have to list their aka's, otherwise they won't be granted stay. I can see your point though, there are many ways to fool the system.
