Yes and this is what our Senate is telling us by wanting to pass an amnesty bill to legalize millions of illegal aliens.
Evidently if you were born in this country the rules apply to you. IF you're an illegal immigrant you can do anything you want. HELL you don't even have to pay taxes because you're not documented.

just because someone may have used a recreational drug does not mean they are importing dangerous drugs into your neighborhood and then selling them near your children.

Let's get off our high horses here. There are plenty of US citizens that don't live right or play by the rules. Illegals aren't the only ones.and illegally being in a country certainly isn't murder...It's not even a felony to be here illegally...it's a misdemeanor...
what they are doing is no worse that if a burglar robbed your house, and you killed him in self-defense. What you did wasn't the right thing to do either but you did it because you had no choice and that's how many of the illegals feel. Sure they'd love to come legally but that requires money...and that's the sole reason why they need to come here. to make money.if that means breaking a minor law, but saving your family, who wouldn't do that if it came down to it? It's a situation where we all say we would never do something like that but when it comes down to it you'll never know until you are put in that situation and we have never been put into such a situation where we were so poor we had no other choice than to go to where we knew we'd have the means to survive. Sorry but that's the truth.
