I agree, this makes absolutely no sense.
To the other responders, those hijackers, most of them were Saudi nationals.
Have you heard that Bush is permanently settling 7,000 Iraqis in the US? Maybe they'll open up a Mosque near your home and preach "kill the infidel!".
These things make me seriously question the War on Terror. Couple that with leaving the border wide open (resulting in Muslims sneaking in, along with 40 million illegal aliens) my support for President Bush has evaporated. (I voted for him twice.)

Because we weren't attacked by Saudi students. It was either Islam extremists or an inside job.
