Why do Mexicans demand rights in the us but wont stay and fight to fix there own country.?

It's easy for an american to say that they came from a horrible place, that they don't want to fight for their rights at their own country....guess what??, its harder than it looks, people are trying to survive, that is why they come to the US, to have a better life, a dream, to even help their families, Mexico's economy its not like the US...u need to understand, that they wouldn't have half oportunities in their contry...should they be blamed for looking a better life-style?...i wouldn't say so. American's have it easy!, if they don't work, they get unemployment checks!!, if they are poor, they have the government to help them!, that doesn't exist at Mexico, and its unfear to even compare!...
Perhaps because here, they have a chance. In Mexico, they don't.
Because Bush and the American congress and Senate said they didn't have to. :-)
as with most people immagrating here its because they have screwed up their own country so much it isnt worth trying to fix anymore
so they come here and try to change america into their own style
and our politicians are to busy posturing themselves for re-election they give in to dumb ideas so not to upset as many voters
They need to have a strong backbone to be able to fight for their rights in their own country. Here, we need to have the same thing, to make sure our rights soon won't be lost.
They may be 'soft' when it comes to fighting within their own country, for fear of what may happen to them or their families. Here, many of us may fear the same thing.. so why not just lay down and roll over, as it seems many of us are doing already, allowing what's already happening.
This grandma however, isn't going to lay down.
Make your voice heard here, people, or lose the right to have a voice - period.

maybe it has something to do with the fact that Bush and Mexico's president are good friends and have signed a secret law with each other.
Let's face facts ...
These people have their own country, their own homeland.
"We grew here, they snuck in here."
There's absolutely no reason for them to be here.
They need to stay in there own homeland, instead of sneaking into someone elses.
They need to be busy making their country a better place for everyone. They should be busy starting up businesses, creating schools, helping each other.
The early Europeans didn't come to an America that had paved streets, bridges, companies, colleges, etc. Those early Europeans had to build all that. So why can't these illegal aliens do the same in their own country?
By running away from the problem (coming to the US), they're perpetuating poverty in their own home land. Because they're not willing to fix their country (and Mexico is rich with resources), women and children are starving and will continue to starve in Mexico.
Because they arn't willing to try to fix their own country. They would rather risk death by sneaking into the US then even attempt to change things.
In Mexico you actually need to do something, to fix it.
hile in US, liberals taught them, that ust by being loud and unreasonable, you can get even more.
They think this is their country.
It easier to just come here. They don't have to try to make a difference in their country.
Sure they have a problem but it will never be fixed if they keep coming here. There are so many villages that have no younger men in them because they are all here ILLEGALLY.

I would like to know that as well. I was born in Mexico, and i have asked my parents why our people wont fix our country instead of running away from it. Kinda makes me mad cus it gives us a bad image, makes us look like cowards. Im not really a politics person, so i cant really tell what is going on over there in the first place.
Americans started a revolution here in the US against a far stronger power than the Mexican government. They fought against tyranny,taxation without representation,a corrupt government placed by the British .
They fought against disciplined well equipped solders. And with the help of the French and the first Americans,they prevailed. They won freedom from England. Theses Americans were not solders they were farmers , business owners, teachers and just everyday people that were tired of being oppressed and they fought to change their own fate. Was it easy ,no it was not.but still they fought and died.... but they won.
So can the people of Mexico ,and if the USA wasn't such an easy option out, perhaps they would try to change Mexico and have a hand in their own destiny... Its never easy to end oppression but its well worth the fight.
Mexicans are not victims of their governments actions. They are victims of their own inaction.
There are many people right here in the USA that would gladly help them in a revolution against their corrupt government.

They talk about being proud Mexicans and Latino pride, etc but would rather sneak illegally in the US. Doesn't make much sense to me!!

I do wonder with the attitude of well that's just the way it is, that is the same as saying, it's wrong but condoned because that's just how it is. The people of Mexico had no problem in protesting the increase cost of corn, in streets they were demanding lower prices. Currently how Mexico is ran it means without any pressure to change, America will have immigration problems till the of time.If they have any pride they should work to change Mexico instead of working to change America.
because their staunch supporters here would simply abandon them there!
