Same reason as why the gov does not process millions of legal applications from people that do it legally and have paid a fee.
They do not want to, they prefer to charge a fee then throw paperwork into a never ending time frame draw. The government just recently shut down one of three service centers and put the entire work load on top the california center, when you speak to an agent at that center asking would that not double triple time frames the response is, 'probably thats the way it is, you just have to wait' 'how long?' You just have to wait' .

First of all over twelve years ago Senator McCain said in a newspaper article that their were at that time 12 million illegals in America! Over 2.5 million have flooded in each year since and thus over 45 million illegals are now in America.
Secondly: the use of illegals is a violation of the Racketeering or RICO Acts from hiring, paying, transporting, sheltering or houseing, making deposits into FDIC banks is bank fraud from the profits of the labor of the illegals, taking money out of the bank to continue the business is money laundering etc. These federal crimes carry a minimum of 10 years for each and every violation with bank fraud carrying 30 years and one million dollar fine per offense... thus our illustrious leaders know these facts and are more concerned with helping out their political "buddies" than enforcement of the federal laws.
Third see the 2002 Supreme Court case entitled Hoffman Plastics vs. National Labor Relations Board or (NLRB). The Chief Justice wrote that an illegal is not allowed to work period in this country. Not even one second without proper authorization and paperwork per the Immigration and Naturalization Acts of 1986 and 1990.
Thus the REAL reasons why the illegals are not being tracked.
