Immigration B2 Visa?
Is it bad that I am her boyfriend? Should we let them know?
She has property and all her family is in Mexico, will they grant her a B2 Visa???

If you plan to marry your gf here in the states you need to apply for a K-1 visa for her. Even if she is only a visitor you need to tell the inspecting officer that you are bf/gf. If you don't, they will presume you are trying to hide that fact and circumvent visa requirements. That can get your gf removed for 5 years.
If she is only and truely visiting, she needs to be able to show "ties and equities" to her home country. She must have proof she has a foreign residence that she has not and does not intend to abandon, proof of foreign employment, proof of financial solvency, proof of ability and intent to return to her home country at the end of her period of admission.

why don't u just marry,and u also have to state the reason she is comming and will u promise to support her cuase she can;t get any welfare for awhile,just get married you wrote all the things you need.
