If she has a paternity test she should go to family services in her state on behalf of her child and have them go for child support. Legal, illegal, white or purple, deadbeat Dads have few people on their side.

What can I say, not having sex at 15 - or having an abortion when she found out she was pregnant - might have been a good idea. Now she's stuck with a kid and a deadbeat dad. It'd be heart-wrenching if it wasn't so commonplace.

Reality will hit home when they garnish his wages. She needs to take action to make sure he never is in the baby's life. She sure knows how to pick 'em.
She needs to file for Child Support and she has a test to prove it. She will win. In regards to that loser, she needs to leave him alone and just accept his checks. Her baby deserves better and so does your friend.

I think that he used her for sex, got her pregnant and didn't ever have any intention of having a long term relationship with a Mexican. That's what I think.

first off...if he hit her...she should put him behind bars...and the girlfriend too that tried to hit a baby?...tell your friend she is blessed that he wants to leave.even if she went to prove this child was his...he doesnt deserve to be around her or you...does she want her child to be around someone like that? I raised both my babies without the fathers in the picture for similar reasons and was ALOT happier because I kept the dads out...but she needs to make sure he stays out of the picture and yes you can go to welfare which will hunt him down and make him prove he is not the father...at his expense tell them what you told us and they will make him fess up...make a police report on the violence...and she can make him submit to a dna test and then he cant deny and has to pay child support..but at the same time make sure they know he is violent and get restaining orders so he cant try to get revenge.then tell her to get into a local group for single moms and get the help she needs for herself and her babies...and dont pick any more men..it seems her picker is broke...instead focus on getting her life together with her children and thank God a jerk like him is gone out of the picture! hope it helps
