i came in usa on immgrant visa by marry a usa citizen girl . now i hv a conditional green card for two year , but my wife does,nt want to stay with me . But she say she will be help me to obtaining my permanent green card . But we live apart from each other , she live live in the new york and i live in the CA. we hv,nt any contect with each other or none of any kind of joint business relation (like any bank acc. , any mail , any insurance) , mean we hv,nt nothing to prove we live with each other. so in this condition how i get the permanent green card .

To convert the conditional (2 year) green card into a permanent green card, the U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident sponsoring spouse and the conditional green card-holding spouse must together to petition to have the condition removed, or else the green card will expire and lawful permanent residency status will be terminated.
This petition must be filed within the 3 month period before the green card expires.
Go back home. Marriage fraud is a very serious crime.Or maybe you can manipulate another ditsy broad to marry you.
Move to the place she lives. at least nearby. persuade her to open some joint account or at least some mailing address. It is your problem not hers. Swallow your pride and follow her since she already promised you her help. Forget about your bussiness in CA, go to her.
