You are full of it. The Ottoman empire has been gone for over a hundred years now and Turkey is not yet part of the EU. You need an American Passport, since only an American would be lame enough to claim "I am a Mexican from Aztlan" and a Visa.
The Ottoman empire has not existed since WWI. Turkey is not part of the EU so that does not work either. What you need is a Turkish visa.
Ottoman? Sorry have you been a sleep for the last century? The Ottoman empire is long gone since 1908. Now Turkey is not a memember of the European Union ok. You need a visa for what ever country you vist in Europe. There is no such thing as a European visa.
