Mexicans have already had their turn in being the richest men in the world. History records that the treasure of the Aztecs was immeasurable. If you mean the richest in modern times, you have to understand that there are quite of few rich Mexicans who are actually Americans with Mexican heritage. And of course there are Mexicans in Mexico who have tremendous wealth but don't flaunt it.
Wonder how many illegal mexicans he could sponsor to come home?
Does this Carlos guy spread any cash around for his countrymen like Bill Gates does? I have never heard of him,maybe he is just hidding behind his iron gates enjoying life while millons of his countrymen suffer. I am not impressed.
