Illegal immigrant being brought to class.....?
Well I overheard a conversation between her and our prof. This is a race and gender class, and she has plans to bring him to class one night...not sure if he is going to be a guest speaker...or what...but regardless he is coming to class...
What can I do as a person that is so against illegal immigration? She is very proud of him and CONSTANTLY brags about his illegality...this will not go over well...I am going to file a formal complaint with the school....but I know some on here are even better than me at this...I would really appriciate you input...
To me she might as well be bringing in a rapist or a thief...they are all the same in my book...nothing but a criminal.

That is appalling and it demonstrates the brazenness of illegal immigrants and their supporters - they have no fear, despite the fact that the law is that they should be deported. I think you should call Immigration regarding this issue and see what they think. Maybe they would send an agent to the class on that day. Regardless, I would write a complaint to the school over this issue. This is a criminal flaunting his crime, same as if a bank robber came to the class to flaunt his crime. I don't know where you live and what sort of stance your city/state has regarding illegal immigration. I might even consider contacting the police to see what they think of this and even the mayor of your city.

It is quite late here at the moment and so if you do not receive other responses, try to repost your question earlier tomorrow when more people may see it. I would be boiling mad over this, same as you seem to be.

This is what I would do. I wouldn't make a scene at school. I would just be fake and friendly, and pretend I know about or have a construction project in the works, and ask the wife who the alien works for. I would next find out her address, and report his employer, as well as the couple to the ICE, and any illegal alien employer reporting website.
I would not complain to the school, because it's a political issue, the school won't care, or do anything about it. You will also find yourself in a racially tense environment if you make a stink about it at school. Don't drop the class as suggested above because the alien isn't worth an interruption of your education.
Who cares there's probably a illegal in your class studying with you. They went to your elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools and colleges, get over it.
Well it depends what he is coming to the class for. If he is coming to class one day just to sit and listen, then there is really no harm done.
If he is coming to class as a guest speaker, you should ask your professor if you can bring in a guest speaker as well, and bring in someone who can give good details about what illegal immigration is doing to this country. See if he can come on the same day. That will be interesting and perhaps stop the woman's bragging.
What is your point? I was in a class one time where a person blantantly talked about how her bf was in neo nazi group and how they were also against illegal immigration and were trying to work with the minutement to stop illegals from crossing over. And to me those two groups are one in the same only classified in society differently just because one of them doesn't have a history of burning crosses or lynching anyone. If it truly bothers you talk to your professor about it,or as someone on here suggested talk to your teacher about bringing in someone who represents your views. I'm guessing this person is in college so act like it don't go throwing a tantrum like your in middle school,try talking it out first and see how far you can get with that.
