If you are so "legal", why don't you stop worrying about him, and take advantage of your own education that you are GIVEN.
You can't spell for crap.
You can report an illegal to the INS. They may actually come around, pick him up, order him to leave the country (yeah, that's deportation), and then let him go.
He'll still be in the country, though, and likely very unhappy with you.

In my area today, the local police pulled over a van suspected of Human Smuggling. 12 illegal alien invaders poured out. The police called ICE. They came, arrested two, and let the other 10 go, stating they did not have the manpower or jail space for anymore! I saw them walking down the highway. There was a helicopter overhead. When I came home from work, I found out the helicopter was the local news.
So what! It happens everyday. If you do not care about these illegals who will soon be draining our Social Security, just like they have our other resources, just like they have done in their own country, then do nothing. If you are tired of it. let your reps know that you are done voting for them. There are presidential candidates who are completely dedicated to closing the border FIRST.

and then just talk to an agent
you will give them some info
and they will continue the process
