Amereicans DO NOT hate the Hispanic culture or Hispanics.
We have issues with ILLEGAL immigrants, mostly from the Hispanic culture, who are in the US!!
Most Americans do not hate Mexicans. Since you posted this in Immigration I'll assume you meant, why are most Americans against illegal immigration. I understand you're in Canada, but I live on the US/Mexico border and I'd be glad to show you why I dislike it. :)
We don't. What we don't like is our country becoming LIKE Mexico. Overpopulated, garbage in the streets, pretty much like a 3rd world country. Just check out LA county.

I think you are misinformed. I live in Pennsylvania and our community shows no disrespect for the hispanics.
It's primarily the uneducated that show hatred towards minorities, simply because most Mexicans are very hard working.

What you are picking up on does exist, to a degree. The problem that most Americans have is with illegal aliens, and Mexicans just happen to statistically make up the largest part of the illegal alien population. Unfortunately that is reflecting on the culture. It doesn't help when there are a few that are burning the US flag, and raising the Mexican flag on US soil. It doesn't sit well with the general population, and rightfully so.
We Don't , only those that believe, that we need to support them. If they are legal immigrants, we don't have a Problem .

So you've done a scientific poll and discovered that "most" Americans hate Mexicans. I think you're wrong. I think that most Americans don't give Mexicans that much thought.
There's a lot of controversy over illegal immigration and most of those who illegally immigrate to the U.S. are Mexican, but to say that MOST Americans hate them is way off base. I live in a state with a huge Hispanic population and the ones whose behavior I dislike are the ones who don't pull their weight or behave themselves. I dislike that behavior in anyone, regardless of their ethnicity. That doesn't mean I hate them. In fact, I have several Hispanic friends and I never really even think of them in terms of ethnicity.
I think that what most Americans resent is how the Mexicans come to the US in huge numbers, refuse to learn English, suck all the resources out of the community they live in. They do not pay their share of taxes but all of the lea gal tax payers have to pay for their medical care, their children's education, etc. While they take what money they make hear and send it back to Mexico instead of investing it back into the community. They keep the wages low for blue collar Americans. Special allowances have to made for their children in the schools because they cannot speak English this costs Americans more money. They contribute greatly to the growing crime of identity theft by buying SS#'s that belong to someone else in order to get a job. But I think the biggest complaint that most people have is that they do not want to adapt to the American culture and try to fit in by learning the language etc. They seem to be trying their best to TURN the US INTO MEXICO.
It is not true that most americans hate mexicans. The thing is is that generalizing americans is virtually impossible because the population is so diverse.
Because we have our own culture here in the United States, and the Hispanic community tries to force us to accept their culture and their language to make their lives easier.
It doesn't work that way.
When you come to America, become an American.
Obey the laws, accept the culture & learn the language.

Groups like La Raza.These types of groups have hurt America for years.La Raza is the Hispanic KKK.Which most Americans don't like either by the way.Anytime a group says their culture is better than other cultures you get peoples backs up.So yes they lash out.People who aren't prejudice all of a sudden say "hey I'm a person and I'm proud of who I am.Who do you think you are?"Any hate group is a determent to their cause.And they usually have their own hidden agenda too which is usually NOT FOR their people.
I never had an issue until this new group started comming in. Most I used to meet were the "stero-type" nice, quiet, worked hard and all the other positive things said about them. Then I don't know what happened..sprayed the air.ate something...but there's this whole new hate filled bunch that have arrived that are "in your face", rude, pushy, vulgar, mouthy, violent..and personally.I can't stand them. They aren't ALL like this but it's a real problem and I'm seeing more of this type than the "nice" ones of days gone by. This "demand" business raises my craw. Demand things when you're a criminal and aren't entitled to it? I'm sick of catering to people who out right say they hate you.laugh at what fools we are for supporting their demands while they run this country into the ground making sure they get everything they feel they are entitled to. People who feel it's a "victory" when they run people out of their towns and it now becomes a total "hispanic" community. It's an attitude of invasion and take over by any means necessary. Not an attitude of being thankful to be here and becomming a PART of a community. This attitude of refusing to speak English...don't enforce your laws on us...embrace our culture while we destroy everyone elses.just doesn't cut it with me. Boy and I swear...one of these days the next time one grabs their crotch just coz you walk by..I'm tempted to cut it off and stick it in their mouth coz I'm sick of that vulgar behavior.
I have lived in 3 different states...2 which aren't even close to the southern border and it's definately made a negative impact wherever they are.

I dispute that. I don't know anyone who 'hates Mexicans' and I live in Los Angeles where there isn't exactly a shortage of them.
What I hate is those who happen to be Mexican (or from whatever nationality) who come above the limits we place in the law to make sure the schools aren't overcrowded and health care isn't degraded for our own people. They are stealing education from our children and health care from our sick. That has nothing to do with their being Mexican, it just so happens that our closest poorer neighbor without free universal education through high school provided for their own poor happens to be Mexico.
