There are many factors. I married a man from another country and I have been waiting for 2 1/2 years now. Finally, after going through all of the hoops they placed for us, he may be getting an appointment. to apply for the visa within the next few weeks. Due to the many factors and the rules and laws the US feels like changing (often) there is no way for sure to know how long it will take. Good luck!

it's not called a marriage visa...but you are talking months and months. if you get married and you want to bring him here, we're talking 9 months and over 1,000 USD. fiance visa...yeah, 4 months or so, and you are not guarenteed any of this...you might just have to pack up and move to mexico. go do some research. www.us.gov
