That misses the point. Those who happen to be employers already make out like bandits because the wages are so cheap by American standards. And I use the phrase 'make out like bandits' advisedly, because the OTHER taxpayers have to cover schools, health care and services for the employers' illegal employees and watch their own services fail to support these 'cheap' wages.

Depends on the reasons as to why the person migrated to begin with.
Their purpose for coming here is to provide more for their family, not less. Why come here and work for free if they could stay in their own countries and at least earn something?!?! Slavery was outlawed when the Civil War ended!
I doubt it. The main reason they are here is for the money.
Only the Government can promise amnesty (which isn't going to happen). No individual(s) can speak for the law.

Btw, in the USA, if you are convicted of having someone in indentured servitude, you'll serve 5-15 in club fed. Enjoy your stay.

Depends who is promising, was the promise by a government body or from the American Family?
In Canada if you work as a living in nanny, getting a salary and room and board, after two years( if the family registered you with the Ministry of Labour) you are entitled to receive landed immigrant.
So maybe in The States they have the same program, but do not work for free.

They got paid next to nothing in their country that is why they are here. I think your just looking for slave labor and a valid reason to do so. Well you shouldnt and you cant.
