If my OPT will be expired soon but i still want to stay in usa without illegal..Please ..some help.?



Answer:
There is only a 60 day grace period after expiration of your OPT and you should move on to a diff visa like H1B or join another program in school. Talk to your international office and see what your options are. Check out forums like immigrationvoice.org and immigration.com as there are lot of people in similar situations.
