I find myself to fill up tons of paperwork
and when I finally finish this pain in the neck
I spend 4 hours to a medical center to get my drug test
before go to work my question is:
how come Americans or legal immigrants
they have to deal with background check,drug screening
wait the new company call the old company in order to investigate about what you have done in the past and blah blah
and all this BS for what? to get a $11 per hours job
and in the same time people come in this country illegally of course nobody is checking them
they get a job
they get money for the collage
they get money for buy food etc etc etc
I guess I do something wrong here

Right-we should all just get rid of our IDs and claim we are illegals and make demands. Maybe we will get some of the US dream. (haha)
We get turned down for jobs because of credit reports and they don't have to have so much as a proper ID or criminal history.

It looks like you need to learn how to write properly. Go back to school, preferrably the 4th or 5th grade and work your way back up. Once you do that, then you will probably be worth more than 11 dollars an hour and not have to worry about competing against illegal immigrants for jobs.
Most of that is government regulations. The rest is corporative crap that you have to take because due to government regulations you don't have many chances of getting a job.
Get into libertarianism, vote Ron Paul. Smaller government, less regulations, more freedom.
Yeah maybe all the citizens should declare themselves illegal and get all the benefits.
Well you have background checks because they need to make sure are who you say you are. Drug screening is done depending on the type of job you have, like if your a truck driver or something you can't be drunk or drugged on the job. They call your references because they have to variefy that you did not lie on your application or resume.
Actually illegals do not get money for college. US citizens are abel to have money for education it's called a PELL GRANT which is income based. There is also several places that give grants based on economic need. So it is possible for US citizens who want to get a college education to go to school. Then there is student loans which you can take our also if you had good grades you can get a scholarship.
I am currently taking a Masters class and there is this divorced woman in my class. Who went to school through grants and scholarships. Now she is in Graduate school through a scholar ship.
There are services for US ctizens for food, it's called welfare or WIC. You can go to your county or citiy to ask for assistance there is also several community organizations you can go to for assistance.
You can get help you just need to know how to find it.
Maybe you should spend less time on the computer and get a better education.
