Well thats a problem rollo. See, the migra won't let you come here without gainful employment and you cant really seek employment like that until youre here. Best thing I could tell you is learn to cross a border without being seen, and lose the sombrero (it's a dead giveaway).

Legal immigrants must be skilled workers, and should have blonde hair and blue eyes.
They can join the military, there are hundreds of jobs in all of the services. That way the person will collect a paycheck and taxpayers wont have to support that person, and that person will also be granted life insurance. Also a chance to advance in education and skills. After some time in service is completed that person will be able to sign up for citizenship, as well a chance for a retirement plan in the military.
They can't. If you can't get here across the border or build a raft, you're out of luck. Sorry, people of Rwanda, Sudan, Ethiopia... hungry to come here and do the work Americans won't do. You are in a separate class. You have to go to the consulate and play the application game... you know.. do it legally. The new policy sounds a little discriminatory to me.
Start a business. Jose's lawn service. Done, problem solved. The US will let imigrants come and stay if they start a business. There is a catch, you need money to begin with. Usually that is why people are trying to get here in the first place. I think this is a good weeding out process, lets in people that are willing to provide and makes it hard for people that just want a ride.
Its pretty much impossible. If people are well educated and successful then I don't see reason for them to come here, but unskilled workers, should be able to since they want the jobs that other unskilled citizens aren't doing.

I wonder the same thing, if you want to go to canada you have to have so much money in the bank, so much coming in.
