It appears that some illegals are complaining that becoming a legal American is too hard/expensive/much trouble, and they're holding out the prospect of going deeper "into the shadows."
What about this new immigration bill will make illegals take it seriously if they just decide to continue taking from the American taxpayer?

The problem is not that they don't want to do it the legal way; It is that they can't do it. While living in extreme poverty, and urging to get a job, you don't have the patience or resources to wait the LONG bureaucratic process it takes to come legally.

What you people lack is empathy. Imagine if the place you lived in was so impoverished, so poor that you had to make the decision to leave your family, risk your life immigrating to another country just so you could work in a field 7 days a week for $3 an hour.
