I have a question about getting a passport for a child?

If a child is too little to sign a passport, what is done about the signature?

Answer:
The parent or guardian will sign
I think it is left blank, or the parent or guardian can sign for them.
The parents sign.
i believe the parent or legal guardian signs.
The parent or legal guardian signs the child's name and puts "by father" or "by mother" after the signature on the signature line.
