What is the best way to get an H1B Visa?

Anybody who's gone through this, who knows someone who has gone through this, or anybody who knows about US immigration, please help. Thank you.

I was on F-1 once. Listen, do not wait. Time is fast. When you're on OPT find an employer that may sponsor you as fast as possible since you may file for H1B visas almost only once a year. To find a sponsor? It all depends on your occupation. However, it is easier in the country side of US. Because you sponsor must prove that it is not able to hire other US citizen or Green Card holder on your position. Look at immigration forums every night and day. as I say, it all depends on the type your profession
all i can say is find an employer that will sponser you, and you better have a skill thats in high demand and that employers are having a hard time filling. sorry i dont have any other info.
You have to manually go through the interview processes & try to land a job by yourself. Then the company will give you a probationary 4-month period in which they observe your performance, If they are satisfied, they will give you H-1B, otherwise they will fire you.
If all else fails, you can try approaching a reputed software consultant who can help place you in a good job. They can also sponsor your H-1B.
