How much more $hould a Bilingual person get paid in Federal, State or County jobs?
Answer:
40% more than a Monolingual.
Whatever the "going rate" is for their job. No more
and no less.
If the job requires a person to be bilingual, I'm sure the pay scale is already set. And, if it is not a requirement for the job, I doubt that a person would be paid "extra", although it may make them a more desirable candidate for hiring purposes.
much less, after they pay the "selling out America" tax.
$000, 000, 000.00
whatever the pay rate is for that job...no special considerations just for that
3 dollars an hour more than a person that doesnt speak 2 languages....go bilinguals!!!
I am biased, because I am bilingual - twice as much.
I think they should be paid less, like maybe 1/2.
zero bilingual people are not needed in the US we speak English.
Not a cent more. This is a form of reverse discrimination and I look for this policy to eventually be struck down in the State Supreme Courts first then maybe the Federal Supreme Court as well
