They won't, they want them to stay here! All that BS in the amnesty bill about checks, fines, going back to the home country, etc... is a load of unenforceable crap. The tax paying citizens who foot the bill for these illegal freeloaders have been sold down the river, yet again. I hope McCain and Kennedy rot in hell.

IN answer to your question-- they won't be able to provide a background check on all those people. Some yes, some no.

If you're referring to the current anti-illegal immigration bill, it won't require this. Only those illegal aliens that want to apply to citizenship will have to pay the fine, undergo the background checks, return to their native country and wait in line.
Everyone else will immediately be made a legal alien resident. The news media has NOT covered this bill honestly and thoroughly.

We all know this is just outright lies and soon we will have the bill to prove it. The former illegals will have to pay $ 200 fine to file for amnesty, and the rest will be paid in installments. What are the chances that the total amount will be paid. This amnesty will also allow the former illegals to file for the earned income tax credit, and most will receive a refund of on average of $ 1,800. What a sweet deal, and guess who pays the bill
1) An agency will require certain verifiable documents much like a low security clearance job.
2) If your figure is correct, not all of them are Mexican. Why are they there? Did they get a fair trial? Were they properly represented as you would demand in similar circumstances in a foreign country? Where do we send the 73% that are not illegal immigrants?
A fair question however, if illegals represent 27% of the US prison population, then the real problem in the USA are American citizens. You say the immigrants are illegal but it is illegal Americans that make up the other 73% and it is THEY who are wreaking havoc on this country.
It's a cash opportunity for the Government and their banks!
