legally your a minor, so you cannot go anywhere without your parents consent. sorry.
US citizen used to be able to cross Mexican border or Canadian border with just the birth certificates or driver's license.

Since 911, US custom had become cocky about their neighbors walking in. In return, Mexican and Canadian custom are also making it more difficult for Americans to visit. My friend didn't know about the law change successfully entered Canada with driver's license through driving in. She was questioned for hours, however. The grace period will end in a year, but they can reject you if they want to.

For other international traveling, you must obtain a valid passport with at least 6 months usable period. Visa might not be needed depending on the international agreement with the destinate country.

If you are going to China, for instance, you need to go to the Chinese embassy for a visa. It could take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks depending on your purpose of visit. They would reject you if you don't have a job, tax forms showing income or documents that shows you won't work illegally there.

Even after you have gotten the passport, visa, and plane ticket. You might be denied entry if you can not show a place to stay. So a hotel booking with the address is adviced.

I'm not too sure, but I think you can go to the airport, but a ticket to Guam without passport. Anyone?
