Many of those comming to our country want to work, and provide a better life for their families.
We have people living on welfare, sucking up monitary rescources from the federal, and state governments "tax payers" because they don't want to work.
What we should do is take our lazy asz's in our country that dont wish to contribute, and replace them "one for one" with each illegal immigrant who wishes to be apart of the American dream, and be apart of it's success.
After all they're performing work our citizens find to menial, or hard to do, so they can sit on their butts and collect a check for nothing.
Lets give them citizenship, and remove the leaches of our society. Now, I don't propose to send those who are not physically, or mentally unable to work. Just those who are to lazy, or proud to do yard work, work at Miky D's, but would rather get a free pass on us tax payers!

That is an interesting thought because contrary to some belief, undocumented immigrants who come from latin countries do pay taxes and do not overload the welfare system. The thing is that most of these people do spend a ton of money in the United states on rent, food and clothing and if they are due a refund from the government they don't get it.
What I mean is that some of the immigrants do use valid SS#s that are payed for. In a sense they rent the numbers from family and friends and so they have to file income taxes.
The rest with phony numbers usually make a low enough wage to qualify for a refund but they don't get it cause they don't file. The government isn't really losing money.
The individual states, however, could be a different story. But allowing the children to go to school free like any American Citizen is a fair trade off for the commerce these people bring and the quality of employee.
A good law is one who permits immigrants to work without being something near to slaves that means not being a citizen, after all, America needs someone to do that hard work or menial tasks.
A good law also forbids the violent or otherwise bad illegal people, not all immigrants are of the good sort like anybody else either.
Trust me, some illegals have college grades in their countries, so it is a good idea try to validate that grades for them.

Good idea, so the government should start changing these laws, first by eliminating welfare and free housing.

I have a better idea. Let's send the people who are illegally back to where they came from.
Then we'll have enough jobs to put everybody to work.
Then we can look at reducing the welfare rolls.
Your idea seems to make allot of sense. But you left out one step that would have to be accomplished prior to emplementing such a concept in the US. That first step would be the illimination of our constitution. Jeez. Are you serious?
