so i really really need a british employer to give me a job offer so i can come over there with a work visa.
but how do i do it from sri lanka? i cant even come for an interview..but im willing to work for a reduced salary..even 10k a year is ok.
i just have the degree and no experience..so i want to work as a graduate/trainee.

get on the internet and start looking up newspapers in england and going through their classified sections
get lots and lots of stamps and mail your resume out...at least THREE A DAY!!!!!
make at least three calls a day as well to places that dont have their addresses

It seems to me you EXPECTED to remain in the UK after graduation on your student visa. Didn't work out that way did it?
