Imagration Question for a K1 visa.Please help.?
Answer:
You need your income tax returns to show proof of income. This is what they look for the most. If you have this then you're ok.
Anyt type of proof of employment is good...paystubs, recent w-2's and if you do have your pre-paid deposit history or statement that should suffice for the requirements. Good luck!
They only care about bank accounts if you don't have steady income. If you can show steady income, you shouldn't have any problems.
The letter from your employer showing how much you make and your income tax paperwork should be sufficient. If they ask for more documentation later (which I do not believe they will unless there is a problem) then you may need to get a history from the card.
You don't need a bank letter. Just taxes, employment verification, and pay stubs. That should be more then enough.
The tax returns and letter from your employer should be enough.
One thing you should understand. When you go to remove her conditional status in a couple years one of the things they are going to be looking for is joint savings, checking and credit accounts.
