1. illegals have to pay all back taxes
2. illegals have to pay $5,000 each
3. illegals have to return to their country of origin and wait in long lines (8 years or more) to come in legally, meaning less will be here in this country, draining social services
sounds ok to me! the govt' will actually make money off the illegals, which I'm sure they will use to offset the cost of building the super high-tech fence along the border..

You people are unbelievable. It isn't the immigrants that are bringing this country down, it's it ignorants. What makes you think taxpayers will foot the bill for this? When intending immigrants attempt to legalize, they have to pay processing fees, so THEY are the ones who pay for it. At $5,000 a pop, they would more than cover it. Unfortunately, 5,000 is so high that not many will even be able to take advantage of it. What does that mean? They'll continue to live here illegally.
The Z visa as proposed is NOT amnesty. It is not amnesty when you have to leave to US in order to legalize.
