The construction workers who are building stuff in the US, how can those jobs be transferred to another country?

You are right... partially. I think that it would be pretty difficult to outsource a construciton job, a farming job, or any other job of that sort. Those are the kinds of jobs that illegal immigrants end up taking.
Because no matter what laws and regulations are established people will still complain. As soon as the government cracks down on aliens, the will be and uprising is protest against the regulations.

Well, I personally know men that have been unable to find work in the area of construction because an illegal is willing to work for a lot less. When faced with the facts you need to look at ALL the jobs that have been taken, not all are jobs that Americans don't want.
It is true that a limited amount of illegals help our economy, but once illegals are legal then they will have the same rights that American workers have, which will include higher pay, the right to unionize and the rights to benefits...what will happen then?
I am not a racist, I am a realist. I fully support the right for people to immigrate legally and have done a lot of work supporting minority rights in the states, so don't assume something you do not know.

Take agri..from both sides, my family owns 2 large and profitable farms. Both hire only Americans, and pay decent wages. Remain in the black every year. Maybe not the huge profit of a farm that pays a pittance to illegals, but enough.
There are 2 small metal works factories nearby. One is facing major legal and tax trouble for hiring illegals. The other is owned by the brother of the first factory. His business is thriving, because he did not make the mistake of his brother.

Hey NCLR spokesmen, you forget a few key facts. The only way outsourced slave labor works is that the "Free Trade" agreements stand. By not imposing tariffs like the Federal government is mandated to do by law of the constitution, ultra low wage competition from the third world can exist.
If we levy a import tariff to level the wage differences and fund our fed government at the same time it will make goods imported the same as it costs to do business in a first world environment forcing the importing country to raise the wages of there people.

If the U.S. truly NEEDED more workers, all that is needed to be done is increase our legal immigration quota. There are untold millions of people around the world that would come to America in a heartbeat. The U.S. doesn't "need" illegal alien criminals!!

Read American History. About a century and a half ago, we had another institution in which people worked for little or no pay. People who used their labor believed that it was the only to get the job done. But we put a stop to that illegal institution and now we utilize equipment designed and built by US ingenuity. The institution is no longer in place. Within a few years of the end of the illegal alien problem, I’ll bet some enterprising individuals would develop some kind of equipment to pick whatever it is the illegals pick. And the money paid to the manufacturer of the equipment would stay in the US. And equipment doesn’t need food stamps, or other welfare. And the equipment is legal.
Read current events. It is not manual labor that is outsourced. US crops cannot be picked in India or some other third-world country. General contractors in the United States do not outsource building, roofing, plumbing, and landscape work to be done in China. High-tech jobs are being outsourced.

I’ll admit that some of them seem to work hard. But a lot of them are on the welfare rolls. A lot of them are in prison. A lot of them are in street gangs. A lot of them can’t pay for their medical and dental services and so get them for “free.” But nothing is free. Somebody has to pay… and guess who that is. Want to know? Look in a mirror. It’s the poor sap who’s staring back at you. Illegals almost universally get paid in cash. None of that money is reported as income. None of it is taxed. No tax is paid. Who do you think pays for their welfare? Mirror again.

My dental hygienist, when I first saw her, was from Russia. She came here legally with her husband. They had both applied for citizenship. She was a dentist in Russia, but was working as a hygienist while preparing for her licensing exams. She had learned English—the tests aren’t given in Russian. I was talking to a guy from South Africa whose wife was a pharmacist. They had paid about $20,000 to get the process started whereby she could be licensed in the US.
Read US history. You’ll find that this country was founded and built by, and owes its very existence to LEGAL IMMIGRANTS—not illegal aliens. Immigrants plan to make this country their new home. They leave their old home behind. They learn the new language. They obey the new set of laws. They become citizens through legal channels. Not one of them expected this country to take care of them.
