What would the other countries' hospitals do?
(for example, England, France, Japan, China, Argentina, Brazil, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Germany, .....etc)
if you have some whacky and sick jokes, please take it some where else, I am looking for facts that may help solving the problems in the future.
Answer:
In the UK, all health treatment is free for citizens and legal residents - people only have health insurance if they want to go private.
People who are not eligible for free treatment still get free emergency treatment, but they may be billed for it. Other treatment should be charged up-front. The problem with this is that there is not a system in place to check people's status and entitlement to free treatment, so people get treated, then they chase around looking to bill people that have disappeared. They have recently tightened things up, but "health tourism" is still a problem that gets hugely exaggerated in the press.
I don't know if there is any other country with a comparable border and illegal immigration problem.
I mean I know that just about every country can have illegal immigrants, but no where else is there the sheer numbers of one specific nationality streaming over the border illegally and trying to get lost in another's society as there is here with Mexico.

An interesting article about health care to foreigners in Japan.
England and much of the EU is as bad as we are, but they are tightening their rules. We don't only give the true emergency care then deport as we should is the problem. Of course we can't just leave them at the door bleeding from thier many wounds.
