Help with passport trouble plzzzzzzz?
so i would like any info on how i stand as my mother told me that i am not allowed yo have it untill im 18! also how do i go on about claimin ect.. or is there anyway i can get another.. or report my mother ect... any answers would be very appreciated as i am clueless as to how i stand!

Go into the Citizens Advice Bureau and get some free LEGAL advice from them. I am not sure where you stand with benefits best talk to the social security office.
Why don't you just go find yourself a job?
Contact an Austrian embassy office there in your area and an officer should be able to tell you what to do or who to contact for more information.
Anyone aged 16 and over gets an adult 10year passport. Depending on how long you have left on the one your mother has in her posession, it may be worth ringing up to say you have 'lost' your passport and therefore applying for a replacement.

Simple, you report it stolen and get a new one made.
Or simply wait till your 18 and then get it back. Someone can not legally hold on to your passport because if you have a job interview or need to open a bank account this is something they will ask for.
