Companies with job visas.?
Answer:
The companies do not issue work visas. The department of the state is the one that issued visas. The way it works is that a company would hire somebody from another country. then the company summits a I-129, petition for a non-immigrant worker. If it gets approve the person that got hire will be issued a temporary worker visa.

Good luck
ehh, companies don't give out visas, it's the immigration of the country that grants the visas.
Now that depends on the country to which they have a need for a workforce.
Then and only then will they consider the applicant provided the immigration laws allow the process to occur. Most of course don't.
I live in Canada and here in some provinces (like states but larger) they have skill gaps that MAY allow the right foreign worker to apply.
try immigration Canada for details (try Google). pay particularly attention to details for workers in British Columbia (west coast) and Alberta.
