Does anyone know how the law works on "illegal re-entry"?

I know someone that has been here most of their life and went to prison...he served time and they deported him back for 5 years but he came back and now he is being charged with "illegal re-entry"?? Anything I can do to help him??

not much you can do - the key word here is "illegal" - he re-entered that way & will most likely be deported again
Hopefully 10-times as much as illegal entry.
why?
Nothing u can do, since he doesn't care about the Law in the first place.
It's a felony. I don't think so.
