People come to America for a better life. There is NO reason why immigrants should not come to USA. I would appreciate it if they would learn the language though.
If you move to another country you are supposed to convert to their ways and learn their language.
If I moved to Germany, I'd have to learn the German language, and I could not expect the Germans to cater to me.
So, when immigrants come to USA, they need to learn our ways and language so we don't have to cater to them.
I'm not saying that they need to abandon their traditions of heritage, they just need to learn to speak ENGLISH! That's All.

There is no reason why immigrants shouldn't be in the United States. Our country is a country of immigrants. But, we should do all that's possible to stop or slow down ILLEGAL-IMMIGRANTS.
Illegal immigrants drain local tax base with medical costs and paying welfare payments to their US born children. They burden our school systems as well.
I am not against immigration. I am against breaking the law and I'm against having our tax dollars go to families that are in the United States illegally. The number one problem, however, is not to penalize the illegals who are here, but to fine and even jail those American Employers who take advantage of their cheap labor. If the US ever wants to stop illegal immigration, they first need to stop their reason for coming to the US. That means penalizing those who hire the illegals.
America should stop immigration until the war is completely done. Islams are coming into America which normally would be OK because America is the land of the free. But the people that are coming into our country. taking advantage of our government, living tax deductible and they still hate Americans. Its not smart to let people in my country that swear that they will wipe Israel and America off the map. Why should we let our enemies live in our country. The answer is we shouldn't
Immigrants in America are great... it is what has made America the place to be. However, illegal immigrants lower the standard of living that Americans have come accustomed to by not being willing to "melt" in with the rest of us (I.E speak the language) and by using resources that are meant to be used by people who pay INCOME taxes etc. Our schools are using money in order to teach reading and writing to children whose parents aren't even willing to learn to speak English. Our hospitals are over crowded with illegals who don't give real information for fear of the INS much less pay their bills. Our streets are being run by drug cartels that sell "cheese", and "ice" and pot to our children. WHY SHOULDN'T IMMIAGRANTS BE IN AMERICA? Because "they" (ESPECIALLY the illiegals) aren't willing to play by the rules. I live across the street from a house full of "immigrants", mostly illegals and I am sick of Modelo beer cans in my yard and 15 men standing outside staring at me and my female friends while we get out of our cars. I am tired of the 15 cars parked in the grass across the street and surrounding my corner lot. They have more cars surrounding MY house than I do! I guess it is time to move to Farmers Branch! Legal immigrants have spent enough time trying to become Americans that they usually respect America and her people.
Okay, let's set the record straight.
(1) NOBODY ever said that immigrants shouldn't be in the U.S., what they are saying is that ILLEGAL immigrants shouldn't be in the U.S. Big difference there.
(2) Everyone's talking about immigration but I don't hear anybody talking about the big elephant in the room, which is this: http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/eousa/foia_rea... . See, there IS a law against illegal immigration. It's been on the books for years.
(3) If you clicked on that link and you are still convinced that illegal immigrants are not illegal, then ask yourself this question: if sneaking into the U.S. is okay then why do we even have a Border Patrol in the first place?
