Im a British Citizen and I had to renew my passport a few months ago and had to send it to the British Embassy here in the US for renewal. The embassy were the only people to renew my passport here.
Maybe you have to do the same with the Polish passports..through the Polish Embassy. Read the information on their website, hopefully it will tell you what to do and where to send it.
What country are you from? If you are a Polish citizen, contact the nearest Polish consulate or embassy in the United States.
I would check at the nearest Post Office----where you get your pass port. Being a permanent resident, the rule might be different.
your from Poland right so you have a Polish passport which is a EU passport got that?
"EU Passport" which cover all EU member countries. An "EU Passport" is only a term used to describe a passport from any EU country .
you don't need one. They Believe in open borders!
Thanks Sir Shaggy of USA .A holder of any Eu member states passport i.e Polish passport is regarded as an EU citizen. Therefore ask your polish embassy to issue you a polish passport hence you only have permanent residence and not America citizenship ,because most countries do not allow dual citizen-ships.Good Luck.
Apply as a Polish citizen, I would presume.
