Does any one know where my husband could get his citizenship to the us he is mexican?!? HELP!?

my husband has been here for 6 yrs now... he knows really good english and i want him to get his citizenship does anyone know what i can do or where i can call to ask someone legal advice about how we can get them?!?

If he is illegal, then you might be SOL, but you could go back to Mexico and get a passport then get his citizenship. Hope this helps!

Otherwise, it's probably not prudent to admit on a public forum that you've been aiding and abetting a criminal.
If you are a natural born citizen, then go back down to Mexico and apply for marrage visa, then come here and apply. It will be OK. No one will hold either one of you back. You will be within the guide lines of the law.
It's time for him to go back, if he's illegal. If not, go to INS.

If you have been through the lawful immigration system and he has been granted his "permanent residence/green card" and has gone through the process of "removing conditions" then the next step is to apply for citizenship after a prescribed period of time (I think 3 years from the PR issuance). Otherwise you need to send him back to Mexico and apply for an I-130 (or relevant form) and follow through the process like the rest of us who immigrated legally. If he has been here for 6 years and has been working, that i know of you have to prove he has been here for 6 years for him to get papars. If you sent him back to mexico like some people are saying that's going to take years and years for him to come back. tambien it's going to cost you. So you find more information first before you jump into something big.
does your husband have a pr? card because that is what is needed before he can apply for citizenship and he would have to have had for at least 5 years
