Hi i need help my wife is from sweden and i have a green card how can my wife stay in usa ??

I have been in usa for 4 years i need help on what to do

Answer:
Heck you don't need to go through all that red tape crap. Just have your wife to get a visitors visa, and don't go back. Or, you could have her go to Mexico, and walk across the boarder while you wait for her on the other "US" side of the boarder. In a few months she'll be legalized, after Bush, and Congress pass the amnesty bill.
if you have yours..and you are arried it should be easier for her to get hers..maybe talking to the passport people can help you out...
Tell her to go to Mexico and come back
I'm no expert, but I believe if an American(male or female)marries an non-American that spouse can stay forever. I don't know what happens if they divorce. The feds keep an eye on this procedure because it is used illegaly to bring in foreigners. You didn't say if you were an American or not.
She can't stay. You have to petition her with a form I-130 and all the supporting documents.

Since you only have a Green Card the wait for her visa will be just over 5 years. If you become a citizen her priority will jump and she'll be eligible for a visa immediately.
