well what i have seen about dubai is that they try to make the country safe since everyone thinks its full of terrorists but they are actually humble people who try to make the best for their country. If nothing else is going for you and family is not a concern then i would say go for it since its basically living in a tropical kind of place.
If you like the way they pay you and you like the place then take it if not reject it
