My wife will complete her 5th year of holding the residency in Feb,2008 which allow her to apply for naturalization which of course could affect my status and upgrade my papers which let me get the visa in a shorter time instead of waiting my visa based on my wife Green Card, is it possble to start now for my wife naturalization prossecing or we have to wait till Feb.2008 ?

Without a six months plus break in residency, you can apply as soon as she completes five continuous years of residency.
