i am really stuck here. can anyone out there pleaes tell me what. copy of my passport (notarized) means and who are the people that can sign it for me

Make a clear copy of the photo page of your passport,take that copy to a notary,they put their seal on it,verifying the copy matches the actual document !!
you can find notary publics at most banks and licensing services the fee is usually a dollar.what they want is proof that the pass port is real. don't know who to contact for passport check with the federal authority
