Can some one tell me if i can study in The usa even if i do not have a visa?

If you are talking about the University, then NO.
What you can do is to apply to the University and they would help you with the student visa.
my uncle came here without a visa got straight A's graduated early but was not allowed to study after highschool so I guess not
You might have a problem getting here. But do you know that many Universities have on-line educational programs? You might be able to start there and in the mean time get answers directly from those Universities. Good luck.
