I believe went the troops are on the battlefield, we the people should be 100% behind them.
Well, since were in a so called 'War on Terror' don't you think it makes sense to secure the border and deport all unidentified ppl here?

Don't know about others, but I'm against "our participation" in the war in Iraq and have no problem letting immigrants, especially hard working Mexicans into the US.
Training terrorists in live fire exercises in Iraq is keeping them out of America?! Man, the mental energy that goes into that sort of rationalization is beyond compare.
The war doesn't keep terrorist out of America. How in the world can you come up with that? There are terrorists here like there were on 9/11. The only thing the war did was cause many more of them to become terrorists. You people act like we had a terrorist attack on US soil every day. There have only been what, 2 maybe 3 in the last 25 years on our soil? So that's like once every 8 years average. You can say it was a deterrent at the earliest 2010.
And illegal aliens are the only ones I want to keep out. Why? Because society works best when there are rules and everyone has to follow them. If the rules are not followed, those breaking them need to be punished as stated in the law books. Everyone treated the same, no exceptions...
There are not terrorist in Iraq they is only insurgents that want us off their land. I think we have a illegal employer problem not a illegal immigrant problem, hiring these people is the motivation to come here.
i don,t think people are so against war, if its to protect our shores, but this usless war is crazy, irag was never a threat to us, mexico is swooping in thousands at a time and trying to take over, so i guess we have to close the borders and protect them 24/7 so i would be like a war. we will be fighting to take back a country we already had.
Granting amnesty to illegal aliens is damn stupid. GWB had my support but has pizzed it away year by year. Dumb act after dumb act. This illegal alien crap is ticking me off.

First the war on terror is so misleading to the public eye. We unite, vow, and act on bringing justice for the ppl that fell on 9/11, but still we hear nothing of Afghanistan or Bin Laden anymore. We are against it, because it's our president and vice president that have personal reasons for this strategy of war, not the public. We are deeper in this war now than we should be, and careful consideration must be given to who matters the most. our troops. they are only doing an act of duty. So to resolve two main topics today. Immigration and war can be united in this way.. Set a current date for immigrants that are in this country. All that are found working and supporting society should be found as American citizens. Never put down people that work as hard or harder as you do. Next enforce this as a new law. All illegal immigrants from such a date over the age of 18, that are caught in this country or attempting to enter this country, shall be enlisted in the military in which they will replace our current troops overseas so they may return home. If a credible service in the military is carried out, Illegals will have earned their citizenship. Everyone deserves a chance for a better life if they are willing to work for it. That's my thoughts.
its not the same thing . Immigrants are not terrorists. Just because they were a few crazy terrorist on expire visas means most of them are.
We should take care of our own problems and not others. While we are wasting time and money in Iraq, illegals are flooding into our country and destroying it
