ok I have a question for you. My bf is Irish and I am currently in ireland but my visa here runs out end of april and he then wants to come to the states. How does that visa work? Can u choose where in the states you want to work and do you need to be specialized to get it and how long does it take to process? When shoul dhe go about getting it if he wants to start working say at the end of the summer?
Ask immigration. I don't know the answer. I assuming you would still be sticking to the rest of the terms (like you were going to pick oranges but the citrus in CA froze so now you want a different seasonal job.) There should be a lot of people asking about that right now.
