It's the North American Free Trade Agreement and The United States is part of it.
United States citizens, however, likely don't even know about it, or it would never have happened. Those citizens are what you would call Americans.
If you are referring to the U.S. Government, you should say so because Americans are not individually part of NAFTA. nor are they "With" the terrorists.
Canada don't want mexico in their country either. the people and govt are two different things. the only terrorist i see are the illegals.
Mexico and Canada have good relationships and friendly diplomatic agreements and exchange programs.
Canadians dislike Americans and any person who had been in Canada know that. On the other hand Canadians love Mexico and Mexicans love Canada.
